Caliu Apartments Barcelona - Camp Nou

Great layout for the flat with the perfect amenities. Loved the location, very vibrant and not too touristy.

Nothing major. The toilet in the ensuite needs better fastening to the wall and makes a noise due to rocking.

The flat was very comfortable and well-designed. The area is picturesque, away from tourists you can live a real Barcelona experience. Connections to public transportation are great and close.

Convenient location which is close to the metro but you still need to walk for a few min. The size of the apartment is stylish and huge with 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets also the kitchen (including microwave) which solve your basic needs. It locate at first floor and they got the lift.

The soundproofing is not good enough. The lift is small, if you have checked luggage it only fits 1 man with 1 luggage the rest of your friend have to wait for next turn. The main door-locking mechanism is quite weird you have to use the key to lock or unlock the door if the fire alarm goes off then it will be a big safety issue.

Very nice 3 bedroom apt with all necessary facilities to make our stay as a family of five very comfortable. Excellent wifi throughout the apt. Very happy with our stay. Certainly recommend for family travel.

Nothing really.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Response time and communication from the owner was very fast, friendly, and helpful. The person who brought us more towels was very nice. We arrived late and had no trouble getting in. Arrival directions were clear and easy to follow.

At night there was lots of yelling. People arguing in the street, kids crying. It sounded as if the windows were open even when they were not. The property was 20 minutes from almost everything. We traveled by taxi and ended up spending €12-30 every time we went anywhere from the hotel.

Lovely, well supplied apartment. Great access to the metro a lovely non-touristy area.

The pillows were quite thin and lumpy and even the kids wanted to double up - some other styles, options would have been great. The sensor light in the hallway was annoying and really bright and we couldn’t turn it off - no one wants to be blasted with bright lights when getting up to the loo/water in the middle of the night.

The apartment was very big, very modern, very clean. Iy also has 2 spacious bathrooms, very good for 5 people. We had everything we needed except the hand soap dispenser in the master bathroom didn’t function as it should(it was stuck and didn’t pump, after we tried turning it several times) and we had to open the dispenser every time we used the hand soap. But that’s one of those things that they can’t control so we will not hold that against them . The location is really good as it is close to the subway station, Collblanc which has a direct line to the airport (L9S), the train station (L5 - Sants) and Barcelona downtown (L5). The self checkin and checkout were also pretty easy and seamless.

There were a couple of things that were lacking. The first is that the sinks in the bathrooms were a bit clogged (the water was not going down as fast as it should). But we informed them about this at the end of our stay and they appreciated the feedback so hopefully they will do something about it. One other thing that is lacking is a view from any of the windows as they all face other apartments, but since we only used it for sleeping, we also didn’t mind as much. At least there was natural light around the apartment even in one of the two toilets.
