Beautiful 2 rooms apartment in kløfta,near oslo airport& oslo

We had booked this accommodation because it was well located for our grandson's christening. When we arrived, it turned out to be double booked... The landlord said he contacted us the day before. No one had called or emailed. He offered us to share an apartment with an another person. When we came in and looked, it was absolutely out of the question to share that apartment with anyone, it was so small. And the standard was far below what it usually is when I book via Booking. It turned out that he sent a message on Whatsapp that I don't have notifications on as I don't use it very often. He himself was not at home, only his children... Didn't want to expose them to anything so we sat in the car outside in the car park and had contact there. In the end I got the money back and we were able to leave. I have booked many accommodations around the world and this was the worst!

There is a place for car.

Their customer skills are bad. We had to wait outside for the key more than 30minutes. They were not prepared for guests to come. Everywhere was dirty. The room is in the basement so when we came it was freezing inside.
