Sans Souchi - Whangamata Holiday Home

Great view's from every position of the 2nd floor upwards. The upstairs kitchen and all bathrooms generously stocked and very clean. Great Webber available Bedrooms and upstairs lounge, amazingly comfortable with beautiful decor. Very warm having air-conditioning on both levels. Walking distance to everything, hardly had to use the rental. Great spot.

We arrived late at night, no outdoor lighting on arrival. Walked in to a very musty smell downstairs. Heat pump on the second level, water outlet leaking on main balcony from dining room, making a huge puddles of water on the wooden deck. Not appropriate, as we respected the home, by not wearing shoes inside. And a boat parked in the way of the most sheltered part of the home to entertain our guests. I hired the entire home, and at over three grand for seven days, I kinda expected the use of the houses entire space.

The property seems to have an Ant problem. Downstairs kitchen appliances either don't work or don't work properly

It was a great location with awesome views of the water.

No complaints except for the ants in the kitchen but there was bait to put out.
