Good location, enough space especially when you have a lot of luggage

Check in at 3 PM is totally unacceptable. Never met it before as we always book through booking.com or airbnb and every time it was maximum 11 am - noon. The staff had a lot of questions regarding method of payment which we made very clear from the very beginning. A lot of verification and unnecessary security which is a little bit annoying. The fridge, balcony and all that the tables were extremely dirty when we arrived. The black hair was found on the bed sheets and even inside the fridge. The photos were taken. I had to clean everything by myself. Moreover the hot water was enough only for one person. My husband had to wait 40 minutes to take hot shower. The heater is too small.
