We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, but the accommodation we had booked was given to other guests. When we arrived with two 10-year-old children, we were told there had been a mistake. Instead of asking the guests who had been given our booked apartment to leave, we were the ones who had to find an alternative solution. The situation was very uncomfortable. We were even taken into the apartment while the other guests were still there, and one of them was in the bathroom at the time. We appreciate that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed by the way the situation was handled and did not feel that enough effort was made to provide us with accommodation equivalent to what we had originally booked. Traveling with two young children made the experience especially stressful.

Slatko i lepo uređeno mesto. Osobolje jako pristojno i fleksibilno. Jedina stvar koja može nekome da smeta je udaljenost od glavnih atrakcija. Ali ko je autom, sve mu je blizu. Ako vam malo hodanja do akvaparka ili centra gde su restorani ne smeta, onda ne postoji nijedan razlog da ne posetite. U sklopu smeštaja postoji mogućnost i doručka. Sve preporuke!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was an absolute gentleman — very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
