Sweet Hartley - Onetangi Holiday Home

The location was fantastic and quiet street and close to onetangi beach

The muck around with check in, the cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, however the beds were terribly uncomfortable.

The place was amazing and it has a huge backyard. The beds are very comfortable!

The place is right next to a fire station. The sirens go off alot and it's very very loud. Not suitable for babies/toddlers that hate loud noises.

Oven dose not work and TV kept on failing but lovely house very clean .

Clean and tidy, great covered deck to sit and have a beer after work. Close to the beach/garage/shops👍

Well appointed Comfortable Didn’t spend a lot of time there but nice to come back to Beds and linen lovely

The location near the shops & the beach, sun-facing deck & cosyness of the property were all major factors in our stay! We loved every minute of staying at Sweet Hartley and will definitely be back! Thank you again 😊

On reading the description on Booking.com we were led to believe this was an exceptional fabulous comfortable home for two couples however this was not the case in our opinion. It is only suitable for two adults and two children. The bunk bedroom is very small and not big enough for 2adults! The small lounge area has a tiny 2-seater sofa and two very uncomfortable metal chairs The indoor dining table has two chairs and two small uncomfortable stalls only suitable for children The kitchen is basic with no dishwasher, which was disappointing! the beds were uncomfortable and pillows were hard the towels were small we only had one each and one small hand towel between 4of us! the toilet paper was cheap 1ply, however, on the plus side the barbecue was good and the outside sofa was comfortable, The position of the decking and the outside table were at the front of the house, which was not ideal as you was on Fullview to passing pedestrians and the rest of the Crescent! The decking and outside furniture would’ve been better placed in the huge Back Garden which was wasted and not used for anything, The walk to the beach was only 15 minutes downhill but coming back it was uphill and not suitable for anybody with walking difficulties, this should be made clear on the location! sadly we will not recommend and not be returning
