A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A lakáson érződik hogy szeretettel is várja a vendégeit, érződik benne a gondoskodás. Újlipót szívében van, ami azt jelenti, hogy konkrétan minden sétatávolságban van. Metró/busz/troli 10-20p séta max, a környéken, pl a Visegrádiban meg konkrétan szinte tényleg minden van. Étkezési lehetőség, masszázs, kozmetika, fodrász, bolt, minden. A Lecsó sokadszorra is a legjobb étterem a környéken.

A zuhanyfülke ajtaját én nem tudtam teljesen összehúzni, bár lehet, hogy én voltam a béna. Az ágy mellé/fölé nekem nagyon hianyzott egy éjjeli lámpa és egy konnektor. De ezek igazán már csak ilyen picike apróságok. Egyébként egy picike otthon, egy picike kuckó, rövidebb tartózkodásra teljesen jó.
