Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Attentive and accomodating staff.

They have limited capacity for guests - certain spa treatments were already fully booked, which is understandable as its a small place.

"Last minute visit to Batam from Singapore"

The spa, the staff and the food is really good. For golf it was too hot, but i think that would also be nice. The balinese dinner we had was awesome, the breakfast was ok.

The location is ok, the price a bit high for what you get, but ok it is close to Singapore and there are not many boutique type of hotels on Batam.

"Bali Vibes in Batam!"

Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!

Suggest to install bidet in the toilets.
