Apartment needs tlc from owner. Found some bugs needs bait traps, hand rail need proper fix upstairs

The location of the house. The setup nice and modern.

Ants was everywhere . Just little suggestions like paint the house, fix the leaks, fix the garage door and maybe have someone look at the electrical because something is faulty especially with the lights otherwise everything was in order.
