Flat was clean, cozy and the self check in process was seamless. Appliances were clean and very easy to figure out. The rear parking was a nice bonus.

However, I am thrilled to report that my experience was nothing short of excellent. -The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had a modern, cozy interior. The management team has clearly taken guest feedback seriously, as all previous issues mentioned in reviews have been addressed. The fridge has been replaced, and the apartment has undergone a full refurbishment, making it feel fresh and inviting -The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and local amenities. Parking was convenient and hassle-free at the parking area provided at the back garden area -The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the management team was very responsive, ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Location and parking as near hospital

Lack of promised welcome pack. Fridge failed. Place Felt in need of good refurb. Background neighbours noise . Front door to access left open by someone. We used rear door

I had a shower went to dry my hair,the hair dryer did not work 😩

The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for two. Heating and water worked well, and the interior felt modern and cozy. While the entrance could use a refresh, the apartment itself is lovely. Off-street parking on Ashley Lane was convenient and private for all residents. We did not receive any notes on our car during our stay. The glasses and cutlery were more than sufficient, and everything was well-equipped. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place for its comfort and privacy!

First floor flat but this was made clear in the property. Would have loved this even more if it was ground floor.

Stayed here for a 3-day meeting at James Hutton Institute. Had a very good experience at this apartment. Keys are available to pick up anytime, which is very convenient. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Good value for price paid. Everything worked very well.

Had some minor issues with the utilities and appliances.
