La posizione vicino alla passeggiata , il posto auto all'interno della corte e i mobili nuovi valgono il prezzo.

Nel bagno manca un porta asciugamani, l'acqua fuoriesce dalla doccia , nella cucina soggiorno se qualcuno dorme nel divano letto manca una tenda per oscurare come invece è in camera
