Modern Comfort in József Street by NW

The apartment is located in a good place in the city, well communicated and near to shops. It is relatively large and provides comfort. Quite clean

If you need a place with a garage, avoid this apartment. The owner does not understand that the method of accessing the garage (calling the gate from a mobile phone) does not work. Perhaps the phone number you are calling from needs to be registered and is not

The property is quite close to the city and the metro. It's quite big and comfortable.

There were very bad instructions on how to enter the apartment. Nobody told us where the lockbox was located. They didn't pick up the phone (i called 7 times). They didn't answer my messages for 2h and when they did they gave me the wrong lockbox code. Also there is no free parking/ you cannot access it if you are not a resident of the building.

Location.

Nothing was as they promised in their mails and suggeated application which I downloaded. When we arrrived to this apartment, at 2 am it turned out that we don't have parking place in the garage and we had to leave our fully equiped car on the street. When we went on the 5th floor, it turned out that there none of the doors have smart lock, moreoverv on every doors were small signs with names of the owner. So we were seriously concerned to open suggested doors, due to be accused about burglary. When I called to their hotline, the guy which I talked was totaly helpless. So I didn't recommend. Keep away !!!

The apartament was spacious, clean and easy check-in and check-out.

The apartament is nice and comfortable. We had problems with the bathroom towels (bad smell) and the pillows (the pillow case was smaller than the pillow and they were stuffed in, making the pillow uncomfortable). We didn't find the free parking spot because the instruction in the app were misleading us, and we had to park on the street and pay the parking. I tried to call at the call center and nobody answered.
