As we checked out early at 6,30 am, we could not have the breakfast. They could not arrange it earlier than our check out time.

Breakfast could have been arranged around 6 am. But this is not a negative remark.

Breakfast had all the usual things you expect in south indian breaky and they were delicious. The staff on the floor especially were very good. Considering the busy/noisy location, the room was quiet. It was spacious despite the extra bed. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

It is located on a very busy street. Finding the entry was tricky and the bridge construction made it difficult as well, but not anything the hotel could do. They were prompt in communicating via Whatsapp throughout and even guiding us to drive into the parking lot.

Very poor experience overall. The apartment was not well maintained, with stained bedsheets, a stiff shower handle due to calcification, a very loud screeching shower door, and mosquitoes in multiple areas, including the lobby during check-in. The service and coordination were also disappointing. I informed the staff multiple times that my roommate would arrive late at night around 2am, and they assured me that they would bring him up without issue. However, when he arrived, the main gate was locked and no one responded despite him knocking. He had to call us and wait outside for around 20 minutes, disturbing our sleep. It appeared the guard was sitting inside the AC lobby instead of being at the post where he could have seen my friend arrive. The most frustrating issue was the booking. We booked a 2BHK apartment almost two months in advance, but just a few days before arrival, the hotel said the booking was only for one-person occupancy and asked us to pay extra unless we changed it through the app. The app did not allow this change, and it made no sense that a 2BHK would be booked for only one person. Despite explaining this, they insisted we pay over 25% extra. Between the cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, late-night access problem, mosquitoes, and unfair additional charges, this was a very disappointing stay.
