Park Avenue Hotel & Apartments Trichy

The hotel location is very opt and easy access to food joints and city... The reception desk was very courteous and rooms were quite spacious and kept tidy and clean. The breakfast was well spread and delicious.. and we especially have to mention Mrs Vanita, at the restaurant, who had a pleasing personality and was very good at customer service. We enjoyed our five day stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to all.

The washroom , should have a glass cubicle or at least a step rise thereby to avoid water spillage all over ...

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a short stay and they helped us to do what we wanted to within the timeline. The hotel is very nice at a very reasonable price. Bed very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Would recommend for a short stay.

No fridge in the room but we were told when leaving that we could’ve asked for one. That probably needs to be made clear to people on arrival. The lift was a bit off putting and could be more welcoming if cleaner.

I seriously had a pleasant stay at park avenue. My expectation was completely fulfilled and I was happy with my stay at here. Exceptionally the staffs at reception and at restaurant were very friendly and kind. They help us a lot and fulfilled our needs. The breakfast was delicious and we had a great meal together. A special mention to the lady staff who working at restaurant. She handle each and every guest with full of smile on face and served with lots of love and kindness. It’s made our day. Thank you for that. Definitely will stay again here when I come Trichy.

The hotel is in middle of all boutiques shops so easy for me n my husband to walk around. The shops nearby walking distance. The hotel staff was helpful to arrange few hrs to extend before we head to airport. N not forgetting the staff name Wanitha she was in breakfast area. So ki d enough to give info n explain which shop to buy things. For my next trip to Trichy I will be choosing this hotel.
