Everything was perfect!

The only think that is worth mentioning is that the property is at a hill with stairs, so its not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Great host, really informative and easily contactable, location brilliant, less than a 5 min walk into town, but with hill last 20m very steep. Room v clean & lovely shower.

Would have been nice to have a balcony we could sit out on.

The room was perfect, comfortable bed and modern furniture with mood lighting in the bathroom! The balcony had a jacuzzi which was amazing accompanied by breathtaking views of the town. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Room was spacious and modern, hot tub was a lovely added bonus. Chris was very helpful during stay. Would definitely recommend.

Location is not suitable for those with mobility issues however was not an issue for us.

The room itself was great, very nice design of the interiors, felt a lot more luxurious than what the price would suggest. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, temperature inside the room was perfect even without using A/C. Bathroom products are provided (not toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember those if you visit!) and the shower was amazing, it was a chromotherapy shower - colour of the light could be changed to different shades/intensities - and it was a surprise I personally appreciated a lot! Besides the room features, I really appreciated my interactions with staff, the hostess (Chris, I believe) came to welcome me and give me the keys on the first day and sent suggestions for restaurants, she was super nice and available, and communication on WhatsApp was very smooth and useful. I think it's really good and helpful to be able to communicate in such a direct way rather than via email or phone calls only. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my stay, from the room to the people it was such a nice experience! Highly recommend and great, great value for money.

The only slight downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so if you happen to have other guests/people being a bit loud around (in the building more than outside, for example in the corridors/stairs or other rooms, especially if their doors is left open) that can definitely be heard. There is not really traffic to hear so that wouldn't be an issue though. I am still very happy with my stay and would go back, but I thought it would be fair to mention this in case someone is particularly sensitive to noise.

We chose the room with the hot tub and it was insane. The views are beautiful and I’d highly recommend. Chris was incredibly helpful and helped source a moped for us at a great price in short notice. Anything we needed he was happy to help.

There are a lot of steps to the property. This didn’t bother us at all, but if you struggle with mobility this could be an issue.

Very clean, better than many of the luxury hotels we've been. Nice touch was everyday's coffee capsules charge and towels change. Also we left the luggage in their other property due to our flight in the evening that was very polite from the host. Cris even ordered us a taxi. The whole stay was troublefree. Really geniune hospitality.

The suite has very nice city view and our suggestion is to put some stools or puffs in order to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We were 3 of us in the room but only one stool. Also bare in mind that there are a lot of steps to the property do it might be an issue to someone.
