It’s was nice area but it was very noisy at evenings when people out drinking - you can hear everything. Didn’t get a good night sleep because of the noise outside. It was very central

House of great character, beautifully cleaned and maintained. Kitchen facilities excellent.

All good - tiny minor issue, the door lock jammed, we could not get out, my son had to climb through dining room window to open it from outside with key

The oven pans in the kitchen were dirty and there were a few cobwebs. Also no locks on bathrooms and bedrooms doors. When we were locked out due to the door lock being broken Gemma the owner was quick to arrive.

Gemma and Matt were very responsive and kept in touch throughout our entire stay. The house is absolutely beautiful.

Everything was fantastic, no complaints.

Great location for Frome highlights. Cosy rooms with lovely decor and space for dining.

The sofa bed was tricky to set up if needed. Hand towels as well as bath towels would have been great.

Excellent location, in the centre of Frome near to shops, restaurants etc.

Sitting room sofa and chairs not very comfortable. Experienced some problems with accessing Freeview on the TV, with lots of buffering problems, which improved when we reduced the resolution. The front door could do with a draught excluder fitted, as the wind blew in through the gaps. Also it might reduce the noise from the local teenagers talking in the archway.

Place was perfect for us . We work in and around the area so having this place was great. It was home from home. Very clean spacious lovely area. We have tried getting back in this property but it's always now full but we will get back . Thank you Jack and colleagues
