"Disappointing given the location and price"

Location was lovely and very pretty

The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible and slept very badly, super soft and could feel all the springs. No sheet left for the bed and no towels despite us advising how many people would be staying, main bedroom had very soft mattress. The house was freezing and we were unable to get the heating on. Would have benefited from having a kettle. It wasn’t value for money
