Lage direkt am Strand fantastisch, gewaltiges Wellenrauschen

Ausstattung mit Besteck/Geschirr unzureichend für ein Ferienhaus für 10 Personen, nur 5 Messer, 6 Tassen... vorhanden, Fenster lassen sich nur schwer öffnen, Bad riecht etwas muffig, Terrasssenmöbel ziemlich abgenutzt

Большой, просторный апартамент на первой линии. В апартаменте было все необходимое для проживания.

В некоторых комнатах нет окон, из за этого очень жарко, есть напольный вентилятор, но он работает на одной скорости и было не комфортно спать. Из за того что апартамент на первой линии, у дома нет паркинга, ближайший в 200 метрах. Рядом с домом сейчас стройка детской площадки, но это нам никак не помешало.

"La casa sull'oceano"

L'appartamento a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Las Palmas e la possibilità, almeno in questo periodo, di trovare parcheggio senza grossi problemi. La cosa più bella era svegliarsi la mattina, aprire la porta e vedere la maestosità dell'oceano. Veramente un'esperienza meravigliosa.

Una delle camere senza finestra e la mancanza di condizionatori. Per me che ho qualche difficoltà nella deambulazione le scale per andare al piano superiore

Bliskość do oceanu, dom usytuowany w zabytkowej rybackiej dzielnicy San Cristobal. W domu jest wszystko co potrzebne na dłuższy pobyt. Szum fal był wyjątkowy. Zaraz przy obiekcie jest restauracja, która serwuje świeże ryby i owoce morza.

Dom jest stary, a z zewnątrz wygląda nieciekawie, jednak to też urok zabytkowej dzielnicy. Zdecydowanie brakuje klimatyzacji. Są sypialnie bez okien i przechodnie. W domu był tylko jeden wentylator, który musieliśmy umyć przed użyciem. Fajnie by było, gdyby na tarasie właściciel zamontował dekoracyjne oświetlenie, bo wieczorami było ciemno.
