When we arrived we followed the instructions to get the key from the lockage in the street. It was not there. We told it to the host by whatsapp and booking chat. He told us he couldn't do nothing. So we stayed in the street for 2 hours (midnight) and we finally had to spend a lot of money in a hotel (the only one opened and having a room available).

We were a bit worried after reading some of the previous reviews, so I contacted the host on WhatsApp in advance. They replied after some time and provided clear instructions. Finding the key was easy and everything went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and cozy, decorated in an elegant style. All appliances were working properly. A very pleasant surprise was the terrace with four chairs — it wasn’t shown in the booking photos, so we didn’t expect it, but it turned out to be a great place to eat and relax. The beds were quite soft and comfortable. Towels were clean and there were enough of them. Shampoo and even dishwashing liquid were provided. There is also a heater that you can adjust if it gets cold. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, it was actually very quiet, and we slept well without any disturbances. The location is excellent — right on the main street near Juliet’s balcony, with many restaurants around and a good one just next to the apartment. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a grocery store. This helped us save both time and money on transport. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

There were ants in the bathroom, although they didn’t come into the room or kitchen and didn’t bother us much. There were no duvet covers, and the blankets were only lightly covered from both sides, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also, there were no regular plates available, so if you plan to eat in the apartment, it’s better to bring or buy disposable ones in advance.

la struttura si rifiuta di fornire fattura. la richeista di fattura è stata fatta anteriormente alla prenotazione. Si ostinano a prendere tempo e a ripete che "la fattura risulta spedita". con la fatturazione elettronica non si può mentire e nessuna fattura e stata emessa. procediamo con segnalazione alla guardia di finanza.

Liniștea și terasa, între altele. O locație excelentă, aproape de obiective turistice din zona Centrului Vechi, precum și de mijloace de transport. De asemenea, posibilități excelente de a servi toate mesele (mic dejun, prânz, cină), în vecinătatea proprietății. Gazde discrete și prompte, în a răspunde solicitărilor turiștilor cazați în unitate.

1) Se poate comunica doar prin WhatsApp, ceea ce poate îngreuna colaborarea (de la momentul ridicării cheilor și până la rezolvarea unor situații neprevăzute) 2) Trebuie rezolvate unele probleme din apartament. De exemplu, dulapul învechit și prăfuit, păturile de rezervă vechi și prăfuite, mirosul urât din baie. De fapt, ar fi necesare o renovare și o înnoire a dotării materiale.
