Luxury Apartment Amber - with jacuzzi

Szép, tágas apartman. A panoráma gyönyörű volt a nagy teraszról. Minden igényt kielégített amire szükségünk volt a nyaralásunk során. 4 felnőtt és 4 gyerek számára kényelmes volt.

Very nice apartment – spacious and clean. A beautiful terrace with a sea view. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning was working well. The beach is small and rocky, but the entrance to the sea is quite shallow, which is a plus. A quiet location and away from the attractions (for us it was an advantage). There is one bar on the beach (we did not use it) but otherwise larger shops and restaurants rather accessible by car (this is worth taking into account).

There could have been a few more kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, especially considering the apartment is intended for a larger number of guests. We had a small issue with starting the jacuzzi heating, but it was quickly resolved over the phone. It might be a good idea to provide a user manual or instructions. Also, there was only one rather small bin on the side of the building, which seemed a bit too little for all the apartments. There is also no lift. The road was under construction and the excavator was parked on the beach, but that’s obviously not the owners’ fault.

We had big problem with the apartment. The air conditioner did not work and all 7 nights was very hot: +30 Celsius in the house. We have photos about the temperature of the apartment in the night. It was horrible. We are older people over 75, some of us with different, serious health problems. The water was running on our back all night. On the 1st day we informed in SMS the owner, 2 people came next day but they did not do anything. After this nobody came and tried to fix the air conditioner. A holiday for 6 people with 75-80 ages is a nightmare in this condition. We want to get to get back a big part (minimum 50%) of our money, since the nights were terrible in +30 and this resulted a very bad holiday. The owner misused that we are old, and we could not go home on the 2nd day if when we faced with a problem like this. Unacceptable!
