AUThe staff here were so helpful and organised. We loved our time with them and would absolutely stay here again. We were really happy with the location, as it is walking distance to the centre of town but not right in the hustle and bustle of Sapa. Breakfasts and room was great!. Overall we were stoked with our time here!
My only complaint was adjusting to their higher pillows.

Location not in the best part of town but very handy for the bus
AUOur bath will be in our room and the is pretty awesome
The room guy asked if we wanted the room done and we said yes when we went in had just been roughly pulled up and there was no toilet paper left like all we did was walking basically drop some clean towels
