INPerfect stay with very nice staff. Breakfast was good

VNVNINThere is nothing we dint like. The staff were amazing and helpful beyond our expectations. I was having very bad cough when I reached and the staff were so kind in making ginger tea whenever I needed. It saved my 3 days in sa pa. Rooms and the hotel were extra clean and very well maintained. Bathroom was squeaky clean. Thuy and soni gave us all the necessary information we needed in sapa. They even helped us in arranging bus to ninh binh ( amazing bus as well). Helped with laundry. Motorbikes. Anything you need , they are available. The break fast was great and splendid. They were always ready for any extra drinks or fruits or anything at all for that matter. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Oh yes, they even were open to letting us shower with towels and dryers and such in case we needed one after checking out while waiting for bus :)

IDIt was a nice experience to stay here while my trip to Sapa, its very close to the Sapa Lake, so when you are going to the Sapa Square you can take some picture and enjoy the scenery. The staff was also very nice and helpful sharing about all of the city information. The bathup view was magnificent, one of the best.
GBGreat and perfect stay one could have asked for. We booked an executive suite and nothing could have been better. Clean and spacious rooms with all required amenities. Lovely front office staff especially Thuy who helped us from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Full of warmth and hospitality etiquettes. They even helped us book our activity tickets, private cab services etc. Breakfast was fresh and had lot of variety even for vegetarians like us. Definitely would recommend without a second thought.
