"Great location, nice flat but needs a good clean"

Location is great, nice and spacious flat

It was very dusty, it was very obvious the flat hadnt been cleaned for a long while. My partner is allergic to dust and almost had an asthma attack. Heating was old and complicated but was okay once we figured it out.

"Ok for a night, but not as nice as the pictures."

Great central location, spacious, with extras such as milk and teabags.

Hotter than the sun due to storage heaters which retained heat even after switching off. Had a student feel to it. Wasn’t dirty but felt tired. Steep grotty stairs up to apartment. WiFi and TV not working correctly.

Excellent location. Plenty of space. Comfortable rooms. Well equipped. Much better value than a small hotel room

I was surprised to see that the blinds still didn't work despite it being mentioned by a previous guest. The window blinds let down an otherwise beautiful place to stay.

"Exceptional"

The whole place was perfect. We come to Bath once every year and this place has been the best among them. So comfortable, clean, the place is convenient for everything as it is close to town.

Nothing to complain about for me.

"Great location and good space"

Location is fantastic. I highly recommend either train or park and ride. It is right in the centre.

The blinds don’t really work but the rooms and kitchen are all great.

Location. Lady from nearby hotel who allowed us to leave bags with her. Big lounge area. Good booking system.

Entrance! Smelt heavily of smoke, dirty, gave a bad first impression. Accommodation not particularly clean- razor left on bath. In need of some repairs, blinds broken, lampshades broken etc
