The property was wonderful! But the owners spoiled it!

The owners have a business next door and seem to be always around. We were offered some firewood not the wheel barrel full that the owners charge for, but a bundle given to my husband. On our drive back home one of the owners is calling and texting me ,did I leave $10 for the firewood? Really??? I thought the bundle was gifted to my husband no price was discussed. Then we brought our dogs, paid $185 dog fee and the owner was calling me asking about hair on the bedding! Really!! We paid the pet fee!! The bedding should be washed after each guest anyway! Also the air conditioning did not cool a bedroom so we had to buy a fan to circulate the air in the room. Also beware of extra charges, there is a hot tub, kayaks, boats, firewood, etc on the property but there are fees!! I have stayed at many AIRBNBs and the kayaks, firewood, hot tubs are all included in the price of the rental. To sum this review up, DO NOT call your customers for a measly $10 that should have been included in our stay in the first place!!
