Lovely unique property with old features but all the modern equipment needed for a comfortable stay.. The view of the Alhambra was amazing and we loved this pretty house.

The location is great and the view of The Alhambra from the bedroom is what makes this place. It is stunning.

The obnoxious smell hits you as soon as you enter the apartment! I wish I had paid more attention to the many reviews that mentioned this problem but I didn’t appreciate how bad it would be! We ended up buying some incense to burn to try and mask the revolting smell from the drains, but it seriously impacted how we were able to use the downstairs facilities. It is really not acceptable. And the stairs are an accident waiting to happen, so steep and slippery. The beds and pillows were foam, which makes them hot and uncomfortable. Personal preference, I know, but at least a second pillow option would be nice. The street is very noisy which, at night, isn’t great. While at the top of The Alhambra we managed to spot the apartment - thankfully, although somewhat surprisingly, we couldn’t smell it!

The location was the best thing about this place. It has a roof top location which you have views of the Alhambra (although somewhat restricted due to the rooftop blocking part of it & lack of cushions for comfortable seating). Bedroom level was comfortable.

As mentioned it has a roof top location with seating but the seating is a metal frame slats and no cushions were provided. When asked they said they would bring next day as they had been in storage at the warehouse & then the next day when we followed up when we did not receive they said they couldn't provide during our 4 day stay as they were sent for cleaning. Our reservation was made months in advance so they should have been able to coordinate this prior to our arrival. The main floor/entry level which has the kitchen & living room had a sewage smell, it helped when you closed off the windows & doors to the inner courtyard which had the "tub" but it still smelt so much that we really did not want to spend any time on that level. Additionally the window that faces the living room by the stairs has no curtains or way to create privacy. That window is by the park which is next door to this apartment/house so you have lots of pedestrian traffic going by & the window is at their eye level so you have people constantly looking in at you if you are setting on the living room couch...not that you wanted to set there because of the sewage smell as well!

The location was good. You can have a view of Alhambra Palace.

The heating system was not sufficient. The house was cold. Toilet and shower in the same bathroom, which was inconvenient for the family.

Full house with multiple baths and fully decorated. Really great spot for Grenada, if you can walk.

Parking is 15 min walk at the local school.

Location was ok, close to Alhambra.

Biggest problem… had this “pool” or grotto inside that had no ventilation to the outside with condensation all over the glass . The smell of mold was so bad that we left right away and checked into another hotel. Told the owner about it they and they said to open the window to kitchen to let the mold smell out of the grotto and they said it was normal. Asked for a refund but they said it was not ok.
