Host Wise - Spacious Vintage Flat - Small Balcony

The property itself has a great potential. Its has its charm, good layout and cute interior. It also has a good location in relation to centre of the city. Easy and fast access to metro, and for those that drive has plenty of parking in the street. Management company was fast to respond to our inquiries and requests.

Property is poorly maintained and not cleaned (dirty floors) well. The building (windows) has bad soundproofing. All 3 bedrooms face a road and the noise from outside is horrible, especially if you have open windows. The property has no ac which i understand is a luxury but in the summer conditions when the heat is 35 degrees its a necessity. At the very least, fans should be provided for each room to make it manageable.

4/30일 체크인전에 디파짓 500유로를 별도로 호텔링크로 결재한 후 2박을 하고 체크아웃을 하고 나왔다 체크아웃후 이틀뒤에 송금했다는 메세지를 받았으나 오늘 6/3일인데도 아직 입금되지않았다 부킹닷컴에 여러번 전화했더니 6/4일까지 기다려 달라는 답변을 받았다 파손이나 아무런 문제가 없음에도 이렇게 디파짓 환불을 지연시키는것은 이해할 수 없는 행동이다 허름한 아파트에 가구들도 다 낡았고 삐걱거리는 침대도 숙면을 방해했다 캐리어를 들고 계단을 올라가야한다 욕실은 다른곳에서 함께 물을 틀면 수압이 상당히 낮아진다

Optisch schön eingerichtet

Betten sehr durchgelegen, Rolläden zum Balkon (durch ein Schlafzimmer erreichbar) sind festgesteckt und konnten nicht geöffnet werden - somit nicht einmal Lüften möglich, angegebener kostenfeier Parkplatz gar nicht vorhanden und Vermieter (großes Unternehmen) abends nicht erreichbar. Decke im Bad schimmelt, alle Zimmertüren haben ein Lichtfenster über 1/3 der Fläche und das Licht im Bad (nur 1 statt 2 vorhanden) hängt mit dem Gang zusammen. Somit stört man alle mitreisenden, wenn man spät/früh duschen will.

Aucun nécessaires de nettoyage (balai, aspirateur et produits) Aucune fermetures sur les portes de toilettes et des chambres Malheureusement un seul WC utilisable car l'autre ne s'écoulait plus ! Un store de chambre défectueux Pour le lave vaisselle il manque produit de rinçage et sel Pas de vrai cafetière Dès sets de table seraient nécessaires pour protéger la table de salle à manger

Het appartement was goed gelegen op een kleine 10min van een lidl en op 5min van de metro

Het appartement was NIET proper!! De schimmel stond op de muren in de living en in de badkamer en de vloer in de hal stond omhoog. De tv viel uit omdat de kabel half door was en er vonkjes uit het stopcontact kwamen. Servies enorm verouderd, zoals bij de overgrootouders

The flat is quite big, enough to host a couple of people. Having two bedrooms make it easier. The kitchen has almost everything you might need.

There is not much nearby. The hosts also text constantly reminding that you cannot enter the flat one minute earlier and cannot leave one minute later. They also cannot produce a receipt or invoice for the city tax that we paid and ignore the messages about the request for the document. Giving only one key even though we were staying multiple people also made things very inconvenient.
