Reception and Check-in: - Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. - Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at reception. - For arrivals after 10:00 PM, self check-in is available via a QR code located at the entrance. You will need to pay the remaining balance of your reservation by credit card to obtain your access codes. - A valid photo ID and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be required upon check-in. - Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance via the "Special Requests" section or by contacting us directly. Services and Accommodation: - Breakfast: Served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays (€15 per person per day). - Check-out: Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am. - Housekeeping: Our establishment is a residence, not a hotel. As part of our environmental commitments, housekeeping is not automatic. To obtain fresh towels, please contact reception. - Tourist tax: Payable directly on site. SPA (60-minute access): Standard access: Open from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Price: €12 per person, per 60-minute access. Jacuzzi access only: Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at a rate of €9 per person. Private use for couples for 60 minutes: Jacuzzi only at a rate of €29. Jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam for €39 per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. €49 per evening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on weekends. Drinks are extra. - A massage service is available by reservation (minimum 48 hours in advance) at a rate of €79 for a 60-minute session. The establishment's policies are as follows: - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Bachelor/bachelorette parties and other celebrations are strictly prohibited. - Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
