Sehr gut gelegenes, sehr ruhiges, modernes Appartment in gut saniertem Haus, absolut zentral, sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation.

Es war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich und nirgendwo erwähnt, dass die Terrasse mit der Nachbarwohnung geteilt wird. Das war für uns ziemlich enttäuschend, weil eine eigene Terrasse/Balkon für uns Hauptkriterium für die Auswahl der Wohnung war und wir uns dadurch in unserer Privatsphäre eingeschränkt gefühlt haben. Es wäre toll, wenn das aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung klarer hervorginge. Ansonsten gab es wirklich nicht zu bemängeln!

The location was fantastic, very close to Sao Bento station. Our room was very clean and quiet, even though you are staying on a busy street with lots of foot traffic, you could not hear anything from our room (albeit our room was in the back so I can't comment on the rooms that face the street). We met Susana upon arrival, who was super friendly and provided us with lots of help and was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We appreciated the coffee, tea, chocolates, and water! This was the perfect place for us to stay; we all loved it.

Some things weren't working very well. For example, the toilet downstairs was a bit finnicky. The door to the bathroom upstairs, which is a sliding glass door, doesn't stay completely closed. The refrigerator made a very audible humming/vibrating noise while on, which we could hear upstairs while we were trying to sleep. Again, Susana was quick to respond, and showed us how to turn off the refrigerator so this solved (one) problem. Also, the bathroom upstairs has a slanted ceiling, so if you are taller, you won't be able to stand all the way up without bending over.

Alles, bis auf die zwei steilen Treppen. Hier wird allerdings Hilfe vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter-Ehepaar angeboten. Bei Abreise war uns der von RIBEIRA organisierte Taxifahrer beim Gepäck behilflich.
