Le Bamboo Guest House And Boat Cruise

I loved everything about Lebamboo from the host to the Chef , everyone was so accommodating, the Views ,how friendly the stuff is ..10/10

The property location has the best view of haartes, the staff very good, nice breakfast and it’s clean.

They did not manage drunk visitors very well, a second night after check-in there was a group of unruly drunk characters who made noise just outside our room the whole night, though there are clear signs prohibiting noise making-That situation could have been handled better by management and it was not. Also the hidden fees behind the boat cruise- this should be clearly indicated on the AD

It looks way better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was helpful and friendly - Helped with making the fire whenever we asked.

Noise. We were restricted from having a good laugh during a soccer game(before 20h00) in the tv room, however, other guests arrived the next day and they played their music so loud until midnight and that was not an issue even after we complained.

Smart TV was slow and was non responsive towards Netflix and Amazon prime.

Absolute rip-off Charging R4000 for a room I wouldnt pay R500 for!!

The TV dstv was not working we had to connect our phones to access TV,the wifi was not working we had to Hotspot the TV for us to watch Netflix or other,and we book for a tub but they said they don't have electricity on the tub room,the plugs kept on arcing for the aircone

Property needs maintenance here and there. Stuff is friendly however hygiene needs to also be a priority. There was an unpleasant smell . There also have cockroach’s! They need to fumigate
