Close proximity to Moraira, 5min drive. Peaceful surroundings with beautiful private terrace and pool. Beds comfortable. All windows have mosquito nets. Very friendly well maintained urbanización. Beach chairs provided and beach towels provided when requested.

No air conditioning in second bedroom and children didn't sleep well. Inside door handle broken and came off every time we opened door. Showers aren't very good as unable to angle. Some areas need updating like lighting and crockery.

location was good.

Better sunbeds, there was only one and rather uncomfortable.

Had a lovely front terrace to eat and drink from. Also nice path access to the pool from the rear garden. Air con in the lounge and master bedroom was very comforting. The villa was very clean with comfortable beds and we had plenty of clean towels.

Front door has a dead lock. So if you forgot to take the key out with you there would be a possibility that you could be locked out. Luckily this did not happen with us. The Kitchen sink was blocked which was not draining. We had to purchase some unblocking solution to enable the sink to drain. We were also unaware that you had to bring your own sun lounger to the pool. As a result of this we had the embarrassment of using other people’s sun loungers which came to a shock to the owners of the sun loungers to see that other people were using them. However once it was explained that we need to bring our own sun lounger from our property this was quickly sorted.
