Mixed Experience – Misleading Location Information The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, with reliable WiFi. Jesi one of the staff members/ manager was very polite, kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, my overall experience was negatively impacted by what I believe is false and misleading information regarding the hotel's distance to the city centre. The listing claimed the property was only 450 meters from town, which was a major factor in my decision to book. In reality, it is over 3.5 kilometres away, located in a very isolated area with no nearby shops or restaurants. Before my arrival I raised this issue multiple times, but the staff continued to insist it was close to town. This dishonesty is deeply concerning—especially coming from a property associated with a religious establishment. I also hold Booking.com accountable and incompetent for allowing inaccurate information to be published and remain uncorrected, which seems to be an ongoing issue in Rwanda based on my experience. Unfortunately, due to the misleading location details and lack of transparency, I cannot recommend this property. I believe we should Boycott the places like this.

They lied and misleads the guests by saying the place is 450 meters from the city centre which in fact it's approximately 3.5 km. It is so annoying the religious establishment telling lies to this extent. They earn money by their lies and misleading information.

Very new building, rooms nice, mattresses very good, food classical Rwandan style and delicious. Three sisters very very nice. Speak French.

Water leaking in some bathrooms

Breakfast was delicious, staff was extremely kind and friendly, facilities brand new and very clean.

We did not have hot water and the house was slightly difficult to locate as there was little signage and gate was locked.
