Incredible location on the lake and only a short walk from lovely bars and restaurants in Omegna.

We had an amazing stay- the Location is as beautiful as in the Pictures, and for the View alone I‘d give 11/10! We Briefly Met the owner, Giacomo, who was very friendly and immediately asked if we needed anything. 1. instructions to get to the property were easy to follow and understand and came in a Timely manner 2. the parking on the property is a Great bonus 3. the House is very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, large bathroom, Beautiful views throughout, Air conditioning 4. Great Location, within 10mins of City center 5. Communication with Simone was always on time, very helpful and pleasant! 6. View, View, view- just WOW!!! Recommendations: Book a Boat with Melissa from H2ON (Next to canottieri bar) to explore Lake Omegna and Go swimming. The water is clear and warm! Best Lunch Spot: La Buvette. Amazing Italian Charcuterie and Wine! Also, The coffee and gelato did Not disappoint, no matter where we went.

While there is nothing that we did Not like, I‘d give the following advice: - steep Stairwell- Parents with Young children or elderly/immobile people should take that into consideration - a Sharp knife should be added to cutlery - Air con in the childrens room was very Noisy- but you can just turn it Off early enough once you have cooled the room.

המקום איננו מתאים לארבעה מבוגרים גם לא להורים עם זוג מתבגרים חדר הילדים קטן ומיטת קומותיים שלו נועדה לגדולים השרותים בקומה התחתונה ולכן בלילה צריך לרדת במדרגות להתפנות. לא הכי נוח אבל שאר הדברים הטובים במקום בהחלט מכסים על כך

Tolle Lage am See, direkter und eigener Zugang zum See, Grünanlage sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet.

Die Unterkunft mit Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön. Das Haus hat eine moderne Einrichtung, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Klimaanlage (super bei der Hitze im Sommer). Der eigene Seezugang ist traumhaft schön und die Stand up Paddle Boards die zur Verfügung stehen haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Abends kann man die Seestimmung genießen. Parken auf dem Gelände empfehle ich nicht (schmale Einfahrt) aber es gibt in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Der Check in läuft über eine Schlüsselbox. Den Code bekamen wir exakt zur Uhrzeit des Check ins (17 Uhr).

Hinter der Unterkunft verläuft eine Durchgangsstraße. Die hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Hvis man selv vil lave mad så mangler der lige lidt køkkengrej - en lille gryde mm og også gerne en brødrister.

The place itself is amazing. The views exceptional. They even provide small amenities for the bathroom and the kitchen. Oil and salt are available. We didnt miss anything.

The instructions for the online chech-in are a bit unclear. So are the instructions for the access. They should be written in a step by step guide. The free parking is great of course. Having someone to check the oncoming traffic while backing out is almost a must.

Excellent location close to Omegna centre, complimentary parking, nicely designed house with excellent access to lake, good communication pre arrival.

Slight inconvenience with the parking procedure that we need to go into the house first to open the gate for parking.
