Fantastic, clean and lovely caravan

Caravan very clean very comfortable plenty of space quite quiet of a evening bed very comfortable as was the lounge area wouldn't change anything well maybe put a bigger tv in but that's just personal opinion 😀 but overall very very nice thankyou very much kind regards r.cooper s.henson my partner

The staff came at 10 and asked to vacate fast. His attitude was not good. As per email confirmation we have time till 11 for checkout . We told him we will checkout before 11 and he told will come back in 5 minutes. Lost all the joy when he came in

Beautiful caravan. Spotlessly clean and everything provided that you could need. Ian the owner was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble for him. We encountered a problem with the kitchen sink and he had maintenance there within a couple of hours to sort it out. Really nice decor and lovely little touches made it that bit more special. Will definitely book again.

The caravan was excellent, everything you needed was there, clean and tidy, excellent value. Small problem with the gas bottle running out, instantly replaced. St Mary's lighthouse absolutely stunning and on top of it all, seals basking on the rocks. Can't wait to go again.

Good location, handy for visiting other places in the area Seaton Delaval, tyneside great to walk along beach to places. Used car very little van was lovely and warm as the week went on.

Internet problem when wanting to watch movies. No dvd player¹

Nothing was grate value for money

Swimming pool was good but cold, play park was good, entertainment was good for kids

Minimal staff in arcades, Caravan was unclean, unstable, sofa was hard and uncomfortable, carpets were stained and damp and unclean. All kitchen items were thick with grease, toilet bowl was slimy, mould and grime in shower, Duvets were stained.

The carvan was needing to be update, to be more modernised. It needed a really good deep clean

I like the caravan was spacious, it was not cleaned very well by cleaner. The owner was good to get hold of if needed.
