Die Lage in der Ortschaft

Die Ausstattung mit alten Möbeln, keine funktionierende Heizung. WC und Dusche eine Treppe höher und für mehrere Gäste. Sauberkeit nicht in meinem Sinne. Fragwürdige Kabelkonstruktionen und Zustand der Treppen.

Rapport qualité prix remarquable, parking privé gratuit, cuisine pour faire à manger. Grande terrasse pour se poser et fumer. A 20 min à pied du Poppodium 013 et à 1 min d'un kebab ouvert jsq 2h, niquel quand on rentre d'un concert

Obligé d'appeler pour check-in (le dimanche en tout cas pour ma part) et petit dèj pas servi (cela dit cuisine pour faire son propre petit dèj). Parking privé à 2-300m de l'hotel (c'est plutot un B&B en fait) avec une cuisine et terrasse commune), mais je chipote car avoir un parking privé pour garer la voiture à Tilburg c'est génial

"Voor puur nachtje verblijf ok, maar verder zeer matig."

Dat ze eigen parkeerplaats hebben.

Veel geluidsoverlast , zowel binnen als buiten. WC en douche trap op naar boven, kamer zeer gedateerd en slordig afgewerkt. Drie leuningen van de trappen naar boven zitten erg los en zijn redelijk onveilig.

A very old building with uncomfortable dangerous ( not safe) stairs and a bad smell . The room is very small , the door is so thin - terrible sound isolation . WC and Shower - one more stairs up. 4 keys looking the same - takes time to find the right one for different doors . I stayed 30 minutes there and escaped to the normal Hotel . My mistake - I should pay more attention next time.

"Great place when you go for a gig in 013"

Everything was perfect. Nice host, he even greeted me in my language 😀 bed was comfy and location is just great.
