Guest One More Heart at Higashi Otowa

La cama era extremadamente cómoda y el hotel estaba cerca de paradas de bus y un templo muy bonito. Pudimos usarlo para pasar las mañanas y tardes en otras prefecturas o explorar Kioto y luego venir a descansar.

Nos pilló por sorpresa que no hubiese servicio de habitaciones. Además al no haber servicio de habitaciones no sabíamos muy bien que hacer con la basura acumulada. Habría estado bien recibir instrucciones sobre cómo funciona la gestión de basura local. Además la habitación tenía polvo en el cabecero de la cama cuando llegamos.

車で行くには分かりずらい場所にある。

La struttura si trova in una zona della città molto comoda per i turisti, ma purtroppo in una brutta posizione e molto difficile da raggiungere a piedi con le valigie (sotto una sopraelevata, con il ponte posizionato esattamente di fronte all'ingresso della struttura). Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la camera al nostro arrivo sporca e con della spazzatura lasciata dai clienti precedenti.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, the check-in process was extremely simple, and the service was excellent. The location was also convenient, within about a 10-minute walk of the city center. A great option for a short stay in Kyoto.

There was nothing that significantly affected our stay. The room may have felt a little compact, but it was perfectly adequate for a short visit.
