The property is close to everything; restaurants, attractions, public transportation, and is comfortable to stay at

Reported a leak in bathroom to the owner, owner had a look and didn’t seem too concerned about it . The leak was between the bathtub and toilet, right where you had to stand to use the sink, so you had to stand in water every time you used the sink. The place was a little dirty; however it was very comfortable and very good location all in all I would recommend this place

チェックインのしやすさと何よりロケーション。 清水寺まで徒歩で10〜15分と近い。

共用でもいいので、電子レンジがあれば助かるなぁと思いました。

I like it cozy environment, and a Japanese style room, if have chance to visit Kyoto again, will chose it again 😊
