In all honesty I didn’t get to see inside the property on the day of arrival I text how to check in they turned around and said the property is unavailable! I’m still waiting for my money back, also they had another property on booking which I didn’t realise until after so be careful of the contact number!!

la cuina quasi no té utensilis per cuinar, no és hem pogut contactar amb el propietari trucant-lo per telèfon i l'apartament te nomes una habitació, l'altra habitació es el menjador/cuina que té dos llits. la informació és enganyosa, estaria bé que posés la realitat, nosaltres haguessim anat igual per la ubicació peri no costa res ser sincer

Location, comfortable

We had a good stay overall. The beds were comfortable, and the place was small but clean and in a very good location. However, the Wi-Fi was not working. I was told it would be sorted, but unfortunately it wasn’t. We were only there for one night, so it was manageable, but we did need Wi-Fi because mobile data didn’t work properly in that area. It was also advertised as having a hot tub and breakfast included, but this was not accurate. Neither a hot tub nor breakfast was available, which was disappointing and misleading. Communication at the beginning was a bit difficult. I sent a message on Booking.com but didn’t receive a reply. When we arrived, I tried calling and left another message, and we weren’t sure what to do. Thankfully, a few minutes before check-in time, I received the check-in details and communication improved after that. There was also confusion about check-out. On Booking.com, the check-out time showed between 11 and 12. At 12, the cleaner arrived and was very upset that we were still there, saying check-out was 11am. I apologised and explained that we believed it was 12 based on the app and showed her the confirmation. I left at 12:13, and the short delay was because I wanted to leave the place tidy and had washed the dishes. Unfortunately, the cleaner was very rude and didn’t want to listen. She said we would be charged double due to the delay. When we left, she banged the door on us. While we were still in the corridor with our luggage, she opened the door again, repeated that we should have left at 11 in a rude way, and slammed the door once more. I informed the owner about this, and they assured us we would not be charged extra. The cleaner’s behaviour was unacceptable and should definitely be addressed.

De ventilatierooster van de douche/toilet zat zichtbaar vol met vuil. 1Tegel was stuk, zodat je telkens een krak hoorde. Er was duidelijk ontbijt beloofd, maar er werd aangegeven dat we ingestemd hadden met een "breakfast to go, zodat we alleen koffie, thee en snacks zouden krijgen. Omdat we aangaven dat we brood, boter, jam, pindakaas wilden, is dat wel bezorgd. Toen we aankwamen zagen we nergens Naya Serviced Apartments staan, maar een heel andere naam,dus was wel even uitzoeken, heel naar en vervelend als je na een hele reis aankomt.

The property was in good location of shops and restaurants. Very quiet location and well equipped with essentials. Beds really comfortable and clean.

The WiFi didn’t work the box was broke so couldn’t have WiFi. The kettle didn’t work so had to boil water in a pan for a hot drink. Also the shower was ok but the plug hole was blocked with hair so took the water long to drain away. No breakfast but was stated you got a breakfast.

We booked for 2 nights of bed and breakfast, that's the reason we paid higher for this particular apartment but no breakfast. And 2 small beds were given to us in a v small apartment. We ended up sleeping on the floor. Him and his staff (lady) v v rude, When we complained on arrival, he promised a refund but today, while waiting for the refund, the staff was so rude, and because we had children with us, we had to leave for our safety. We are presenting speaking to our lawyer about this. This is a major case of fraud. You can't take almost half a thousand pounds for 2 nights and not deliver, and it been left unreported. This apartment needs to be off the market, untill they are ready to function better. The is a fraudulent behaviour. I have pictures and video of where they wanted us to stay with children before we refused and they put us in a two people space , for a family of 5.
