The place was located perfectly! The view from the windows and the overall vibe of the apartment were amazing! Additionally, the contact with the host was easy and with no trouble, she was very nice, friendly, and helpful, always at our disposal, and gave good and detailed instructions concerning the check in and check out.

There were a few things we didn’t like - the air conditioning was not working, and there was only a fan available, there wasn’t even one full roll of toilet paper, the basin was slightly leaking, and although there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee capsules. These are a couple of things which can be easily repaired, and if improved, they could boost the experience :)

Perfect location just off Piazza Maggiore There were clear instructions to get in to the building. Combination of air con and fan were enough to stay cool despite sweltering heat. Olga was an exceptional host - getting up at 4am to make sure we got our taxi

Location is the best.

We had to spend one night in Bologna with a late flight in, and this was a great place for that. The self-check-in meant we didn't have to worry about arriving late. The place is right in the center and it's situated on a narrow street with bars. If you're a very light sleeper, that won't be a good fit, but I didn't really have any issues with it. The place is quite big and comfortable.

It was a good experience overall.

Lovely place to spend a few days right in the centre of Bologna. Loved it!

Facilities and location - 10 out of 10.

I chose this accommodation because I wanted to stay in a place where I could feel the daily life of Bologna. Looking down from my room, I could see a very lively street lined with greengrocers and restaurants in narrow alleys. I was prepared for noise, but since it was winter, it was not a problem if I closed the window. The apartment was clean and easy to use. It was a very convenient location right next to Piazza Maggiore. I was able to experience various aspects of Bologna, such as listening to songs in the square and watching demonstrations.

Not a very guest friendly place. There was a coffee machine but no coffee, just a box of tea bags. No bottled water or complimentary cookies. The shower was very small and didn't have shampoo or anything else you need for a shower. A bit disappointing as I get a lot of thoughtful service when staying in an apartment these days.

The location of the apartment is just perfect. The size of the place is perfect for two people and the bed was very comfortable.

The door lock needs to be adjusted since it is impossible to lock the door. Same goes for the shower. The water temperature would go from cold to boiling hot in seconds - is not possible to keep a specific water temperature - which made it a bit unpleasant and long to take a shower. Also, the WiFi wasn't working.
