"Apartment OK. Terrible customer service"

The apartment was a good size and the outside area and pool of the hotel was nice. The hotel itself is dated and not so clean, but OK nevertheless.

The interaction with the owner was terrible. We didn't have wifi in the apartment and the hotel wifi didn't reach the apartment. We needed to work and had not option but go to the hotel lobby to connect the computer. We tried to contact the owner and they kept on saying that they were going to solve it but they never did. It felt like they were just joking saying that they were coming to repair it but they never did. Total disappointment.
