This apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It was spacious, immaculate, clean, and beautifully furnished. Beds were super comfortable, cannot fault this place, absolutely perfect.

Nothing to dislike.

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. On 3rd floor of block, with lift, and balcony with sea view. In small town near Funchal with good bus links and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Owner met us on arrival and came again next day to bring a heater as it got cold overnight. Beautiful gardens attached to nearby hotel that you could visit.

We found the beds rather hard but may suit others.

Es war nicht immer einfach, einen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu finden. Parkplätze in den blauen Zonen gab es aber immer und sie kosten über Nacht nichts. Von daher sind die Kosten überschaubar.

The apartment was superb, very clean! Had a shower room and an en=suite bathroom. Lovely balconies (especially the living room one), spacious living & dining room. Supermarket was 3 min walk away. Canico had various shops including: pharmacy, hairdressers, restaurants, church, all within walking distance. I just wish I had more time to do a deep dive exploration of Canico. Funchal and the airport (in opposite directions) are less than 30 mins drive away. Really appreciated the various maps that were on loan in the apartment.

Having hired a car, it would have been even better if parking was guaranteed. Still, I managed to get parking right outside for 2 out of 3 nights. I also wish I could open the glass door in the second bedroom to let fresh air in.

There is a big living room and two bedrooms in the apartment as well as two bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped, all items are in a perfect condition. The location is very convenient. There is a good supermarket just round the corner as well as a restaurant. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful church. The owner is very helpful and always available on Whatsapp. He provides good tips and helps with everything. He helped us rent a car with NINE RENT A CAR company which provided an excellent service. They even brought two cars right up to the apartment for us to be able to choose the most comfortable car. They also collected the car on the last day of our stay. Most of the time, there is a free-of-charge parking spot available in a street near the apartment. If not, there are blue line parking spots that charge a small fee from 8 am to 7 pm, night parking being free. It is convenient to be accommodated in the south of Madeira that is sunny and warmer and to make day trips to the north where it is much colder and humid. The apartment is very clean and has a sun deck. The beds are comfortable.

It could be a good idea to provide a shoehorn in the entrance hall, just a suggestion.

Tutto. La posizione strategica per girare l'isola con la propria auto (si trova sempre parcheggio nelle vicinanze). La zona silenziosa, supermercato e panetteria/pasticceria a due passi. Lo staff super gentile. La casa dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima, letti comodi, molto spaziosa. Consigliatissima. Sempre in zona raggiungibili a piedi ristoranti molto buoni.
