High Market Place by Blue Skies Stays

Lots. Good location, really clean, everything you would need. There is a small box with small washing up liquid, biscuits, washing machine tabs, coffee it was a nice touch. Beds comfy, pillows a bit high but that is just a preference. Towels, Handwash given, Enough plates and cups etc for us and there was 6 of us. We would definitely book again. We have stayed in a few places recently due to family commitments and this one was definitely one of our favourites!

Few things of slight annoyance or to be aware of more than an issue Some lamps (in two of the bedrooms and one in the lounge didn't work) there is no light over the living room table but there is a big floor lamp which we used. . There are stairs from main street to flat (it was fine for us but just to be aware if you have accessibility issues) All doors are fire doors and are quite heavy again this was fine for us. Our kids age 7 and 11 managed them, the 7 year old struggled with the living room one at times but managed. Also be warned when you book and they give you information regarding getting in the first lot of instructions mention a smart door. There is no smart door there is a lock box with a pin. Check you messages for the pin as we nearly had issues getting in! It needs to be a bit clearer!!

Very spacious. Beds were comfy and clean. Fresh towels provided. Kitchen was very modern and living room TV was great. Parking available outside the property as we had three cars so was easy to park. Owner had great communication and responded quickly to any concerns.

Shower/bath was leaking. Bathroom floor was completely wet every time we used the shower as there was holes in the sides of the bathtub.

The size of accommodation for 6 adults was great

Large and spacious. 3 great double rooms and we asked for the sofa bed to be set up for a 4th bedroom. Had what we needed for 2 nights to be comfortable as a family.

The fire doors slam a little. Could do with the option to have door wedges as with younger children they are a little heavy and could catch fingers and toes. Of course advisable to ensure closed for fire safety but whilst in the property the door wedges would give parents peace of mind they can hear kids from the kitchen when in the living room.
