"It could have been perfect..."

Unit is very spacious and have 2 bathrooms. Location is very good as close to everything - malls, bank, transport. Unit comes with parking.

Informed the manager that hotwater was not working. She did offer to send a maintenance person however requires us to be in the unit during work hours. unfortunately, we don't have time to wait for the person. Pillowcase has stains. Temp/Fan of the airconditioning unit cannot be adjusted. Hence we have to turn it off and on during the night. Bathroom is in need of a scrub as you can see molds from the shower door to the faucet.
