"Horrible, I didn't stay there hence I'm requesting for a full refund."

This whole place does not belong on booking.com it's a total disgrace and the advert on booking.com is not what the place is like, I did not sleep there, I left minutes after checking in, send the host a message did not respond until this moment, I need a full refund because the advertisement on booking.com versus the actual place is misleading, that place is a embarrassment for booking.com's standard that I'm used to, it's a real shame.

They need to revamp that whole place

The location of the place

Room were not clean and welcoming, you can literally see dust and windows are small that room was staffy with no air conditioner just small fan, bathroom needed renovation taps are old, I was not happy at all about the place.
