Amazing apartment... beautifully presented and a great location to get to all of Edinburgh's delights

Minor issues with shower temperature but this did not affect our stay in any way

The apartment was in a fantastic location, easy reach of both Waverley and Haymarket stations and bus routes. There were many great food options close by. You could see the castle while lying in one of the double beds. The accommodation was well furnished and very comfortable.

Being an older property the windows are single glazed so you can hear the street noise in the front bedrooms. There wasn't much however, so not a great issue. Unfortunately there was no hot water so we were only able to use one of the showers as it was electric and there was a dishwasher. The maintenance man wasn't able to come during our stay to resolve it but there was heating so we were fine

It is a beautiful apartment, modern and clean. Great for family stay (family of 6) and good location. The host made us feel very welcome with clear check in instructions. Location wise is great as well, ample eateries/coffee shop within 5min walks. To Princes Street is only a 15min walk away.

Super location, very clean, heating worked very well. Beds comfy too! Can’t fault it.

Location and temperature comfort, easy to control temperature. Kitchen well equipped.

Cleanliness- there was a dirty sock under a cushion in lounge area. Bathroom mat covered in hairs. 1 single bed had a hair but also a stain on the mattress protector. Some of the towels had stains. Ensuite wasn't particularly clean.

This apartment is ideal for a family, boasting a prime location and exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
