Czystość pod prysznicem

Największą zaletą mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego bądź dworca.

Brak sprawnej klimatyzacji, po zameldowaniu się zgłosiłem że klimatyzacja nie działa. Opiekun obiektu sprawdził następnie czy faktycznie nie działa i obiecał serwis. Zgłosiliśmy to we wtorek, serwis miał się pojawić dopiero w poniedziałek. Pojawił się? Oczywiście że nie i do naszego wyjazdu klimatyzacja była niesprawna a opiekun oczywiście już nie odpisał. Obiekt dobrze wie że klimatyzacja jest niesprawna bo stoją wiatraki. Mimo tego w pokoju temperatura wacha się między 26-27.3 stopnia Celsjusza! Apartament ma znaczne już ślady użytkowania, czystość jego nazwijmy to „Włoskim standardem” a miejsca do spania są już zużyte na tyle że łóżko w sypialni główej całe strzela więc osoby z płytkim snem mogą mieć problem.

Air Conditioner doesnt work.

El aire acondicionado no enfría muy bien, éramos cuatro personas pero nos dejaron solo dos toallas y todas distintas, la ducha del baño no funcionaba bien y había hongos en las paredes de la ducha, también salía mucho olor de las cañerías del baño.

Az elhelyezkedése remek. Az apartman tágas, 1. emeleti. Az emeleten van egy másik (szemben levő, egy közös előtérből nyíló) apartman is, így két család is meg tud szállni egy helyen. A környék csendes, az utcában van egy kis sarki kávézó, illetve bár, 100 méterre pedig étterem. A közelben bolt (COOP), valamint a vár és a Garibaldi tér (innen sok busz indul, pl. Lido S. Francesco strandra). A vasútállomás kb. 20 perc sétával elérhető. A házigazda rugalmas, segítőkész.

Egy mikro és az erkélyre egy szék még jó lenne. A hűtő lehetne nagyobb. A tisztaság rendben volt, de lehetne “teljesebb körű” (pl. háztartási hulladék gyakoribb elszállítása). A zuhanyzót ki kellene csempézni.

I am just back from my stay in Bari at Federiciano White House. Unfortunately the apartment was not as described and for what I have paid. The air-condition was broken and did not work during the entire stay. I let the landlord know about it immediately I found this problem during the first evevenig. Hi promised us to fix it in the morning day after. When nothing happend I contacted him again, he said unfortunatelt it is weekend, he cannot do anything, and most probably air-condition will be fix on Monday (last day before our departure). Finally on monday nobody appeared. We spent six days in apartment without air condition, even, we paid for it. Temperature outside was 38 C, inside in the apartment 28 C, I have pictures as a proof. I was trying to contact the landlord in the meantime, wanted to ask about maybe some stand alone FAN or any other compensation/discount, but he has never picked up the phone again or answered to my messages. I am disappointed, as our stay in Bari turned into the unpleasant vacations.
