"Good location in the city center."

Amazing location at the heart of the old town. Close to everything we wanted to see.

Parking is outside the old town and would take 10 min if you have 2 suitcases/person. Free parking was always occupied and we paid for a spot nearby.

"Comfortable small apartment in the heart of Zadar"

Location at the heart of downtown Zadar, ease of access, air conditioning and the availability of all basic needs (bathroom, fridge, free WiFi).

The room is just enough for three people, it’s ok for a short visit but it would not be very comfortable for a longer stay.

Location was fabulous for this city, triple room a good size for two of us. Clean ✅

The kitchen was not stocked well for basic needs, feel they could renew what's missing to make the stay more comfortable to cook. If you provide a kitchen.... Please make it usable.

The location of the place is great, right in the old town. It was good we could check in a bit early. 16.00 is too late, and not standard. The room was nice, with a lot of room.

The bathroom needs proper cleaning. I don't like mouldy bathrooms. Wifi details should be available in the room. For the price, there could at least be some tea available. I expected a bit more.

nice location, nice breakfast in near restaurant, great communication between us and host

overall this accommodation needs refresh and new bathroom with new furniture. This was really old out of nowadays times. For 1 or maximum 2 nights stay maybe ok for basic travellers. Breakfast - a little bit issue in the morning because the restaurant hasn´t the information about us and it was hard to negotiate that this breakfast was a part of our stay, we needed to proof our whatsapp communication with owner and our booking reservation to show that the breakfast is included. We hadn´t the vouchers for breakfast prepared in the appartment, recommendation is to have these vouchers ready for quests in the room

Really nice, spacious and clean place. The location in the city center is fantastic.

The noise coming from an ATM in the ground floor was really annoying.
