The location was good, very friendly and helpful staff, nice common area

The bathroom was everything but ideal: there is nothing separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so the floor is always wet and slippery. It is very small so you either have to step over the bin to get to the toilet or can't open the door properly. It also smelled bad, I assume it's from the pipes. Also, you could pretty much hear hear everything, so earplugs are essential.

I loved everything, the location, the staff. I especially want to mention Pablo, who provides exceptional service. I would love to come back.

L’emplacement, la propreté, le lit et la couette, proche de tout!

On ne nous conseille aucune activité à l’arrivée et je n’ai pas trouvé la dame à la réception très accueillante, un peu passive agressive.

Me encantó la ubicación, lo limpio de todo, el lugar es muy bonito, cama cómoda. El personal extremadamente simpático, sobre todo las chicas que hacen aseo. La cocina super equipada y había secador.

Lo que no me gustó fue que te ponen solo un plumón pero sin el cubreplumón y no ponen sábanas entonces tienes que usar un plumón que quizá cuantas personas usaron. Creo que no cuesta nada poner sábanas de arriba. Podrían agregar un mini living en la habitación compartida que queda un espacio perfecto para eso. Que se pueda usar el lavamano de la habitación que se hace muy poco con solo un baño.
