Clean and cosy, very convenient for the centre

I was very happy with the property. And I would definitely recommend to anyone

Easy accessible if you drive (free street parking right outside the house) and near to retail park, shops, pub, and restaurant. 20 mins walk to the city centre. Jonathan, the owner, is very responsive through texts and phone. The flat is clean and equipped with everything you need.

-The double bed mattress needs to be replaced as it's so so soft, I could feel its springs, because of that I didn't have a good sleep. This is primary in a room/flat as people rent mainly to sleep. -The single bed was a bit better. -There was no showergel. -I can understand saving energy (and I agree) but all appliances were turned off. Even the hot water boiler or WiFi router.

The flat was very clean, with lots of devices, such as an air-fryer, washing machine, micro-wave etc. There is a bath in addition to the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and there is also a sofa-bed. The location is very convenient for the city, about 10-15 min walk from Heol Brenhines (Queen at train station), or 25 mins from Cardiff Canolog (central Cardiff).

All went well. I had an initial struggle with the key box, but the owner is very accessible and helpful, and resolved this problem for me very quickly.

As the name says, it is indeed a very cosy little flat. Had everything we needed and only a short walk into Queen street. Chippys within two mins also. Beds even smelled lovely and clean and very comfortable. Lovely little flat.
