Location and the amenities around the property. Easy access to food and malls. Personally, it is in the best location for our work purpose.

Can't call the reception desk from room as there is no label or chart sticked near the phone in the room.

Nice location but no toiletaries..bigger and clean room.but given breakfast is not good..they charge us 200 for breakfast but given small quantity of Poha only.so do not book meal over here.

Location was good to suitable my planning and work at Pune

Reception staff have no manners and no cooperative and arrogance person. I have not seen such person in my travel life

Though the renovations are done, it looks like the original design itself is not clever. The staff are good but how would they maintain an old and aging property. Example the doors don't fit the frames, so the mosquitos can easy seep through. The Fans are very old and won't allow you to sleep. Beds have poor quality spring mattresses to ensure the body pain of the guests.

Washroom not in good condition, Dirty water for bath, Bed sheets not clean...

Bakwaas hotel would not auggest
