Sagara Villas and Suites Sanur by AHM

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße und deswegen ist es in den Villen relativ ruhig für Sanur. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Es ist ein kleines schöne Anlage.

Als wir in unsere Villla kamen kam uns ein sehr chemischer Geruch entgegen es wurde zwar durch ständiges lüften etwas besser aber ganz ging der Geruch nicht weg. Wir mussten immer bei offen Türen schlafen. Da das Hotel voll war könnten wir leider nicht die Villa wechseln. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Villa mit Pool war wundervoll. Der Service war klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bisher dir beste Unterkunft für uns in Bali. Große Auswahl am Frühstück und es war immer sehr lecker.

The room was huge, great shower and the fridge worked. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast included in room rate.. lots of small shops and excellent supermarket near by.

Nothing.

This was the most comfortable, spacious and luxurious villa we have stayed in. The staff are amazing, the gardens beautifully managed and cleanliness of everything perfect.

It's the extra touches to make you feel welcome that makes your stay so special. It was our wedding anniversary when we arrived and they had decorated our bed with rose petals and chocolate treats. Every night they came and set the room up for the night. Afternoon tea was served and this was free of charge.

The breakfast was not fantastic. Bacon was inedible, rock hard, the sausage wasn't much better. Very small portions. We decided to eat breakfast outside after two tries.

1st floor room was very spacious and well maintained; staff were friendly and provided good service. Gardens and grounds are very well maintained and provided lovely relaxed environment for meals. Well located in good proximity to other cafes, shops and beach Enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant at front of property.

No complaints

First time in Bali and first place we stayed at. Centrally located in Sanur and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Beautifully maintained gardens and pool. We had a street facing suite which was clean, spacious and comfortable with a spa but wasn’t affected by street noise. Air conditioning worked a treat with also a dehumidifier and air filter as well. Staff were amazing. Food was great with wide selection of choices.
